The BCHP Program

BCHP has 3 styles of programs including Strength, Conditioning, and Recovery.  

 

Our conditioning programs change every day with a focus on shorter efforts with rest called anaerobic training (Elevate: Sprint) or, longer efforts at a lower intensity called aerobic training (Elevate: Endure).

​

Our Strength program (Lift) is run in 6 week blocks with exercises changing every 2 weeks.  This makes sure that you learn the movements, you get confident with the exercise and you get stronger in each session!  Strength sessions are designed to perfect your Technique, get you Strong and Tone you up! 

​

Our Group Training program is Personal with your coaches taking every session.  We make sure your technique is checked every lift you are progressing towards your goals, pain free, regardless of existing injuries.

You can book in all of your classes through our BCHP App and our timetable will be sent to your email when you enter your information in the registration form above.

Group Training

Power through our Group Training classes with your dedicated coach.  These hour long workouts will challenge your Strength, power and your endurance in a jam-packed session.  Book in to up to seven days of training every week and trial for free with any new registration.

Nutrition

Getting your diet on track is 80% of the work when it comes to your health and body image.  Our BCHP Nutrition and recipe book will get you sorted with a healthy (and tasty) plan to kick off your nutrition needs.  If you have thought about taking your diet a little more serious, our in house Dietitian will take the time to devise a more thorough approach.

1 on 1 personal training

1 on 1 Personal Training is where the progress really happens.  Teaming up with a coach of your choice is the best way to get the most out of every session and make sure your technique is 100%.  We have 4 coaches to choose from and each their own specialty style.  Who do you want to work with?

Infrared Sauna Memberships

Wanting to come in and use our Infrared Sauna ? 
We have sauna only memberships that allow you to have 2 x 30 minute sauna sessions each week.  Start to Recover, Detoxify and Relax with the BCHP Infrared Sauna membership.

Oh and did we mention that this comes FREE with most BCHP Memberships!

Contracts and Memberships:

All BCHP memberships come with No lock in contracts and No sign up fees when joining.

​

Memberships are either debited weekly, fortnightly or monthly from a bank account or Card of your choice.

​

Upfront payments will get you a discount on your membership price. This is an option for our Base (unlimited) membership, 2 x Class per week, Infrared Sauna memberships and Personal Training.

​

Base membership pricing gets you unlimited training and 2 x Infrared Sauna sessions each week, for less than $60!

​

Can I do a trial before I sign up?

Yes you can for a short time only!  Please fill in the form above. You will be sent a welcome pack to your email address and that will give you all of the information you need before you come into the gym.

Personal Training is also available at our BCHP studios.  Our coaches have lots of flexibility with PT times but there is no free trial.  We do offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with our dedicated coaches.
